Visual Language Book Club
Free and open to Tyler Museum of Art Members, Visual Language is a book club focusing on all things art. Join us this year as we read through and discuss several titles looking at a myriad of art-related topics. The 2024 series is being facilitated by artist Candace Hicks.
An avid reader with a background in book art, Candace Hicks is the Coordinator of Foundations at Stephen F. Austin State University. Hicks holds a BA from Austin College and an MFA from Texas Christian University. Her artist’s books are in collections throughout the United States.
Each discussion will take place in the TMA Classroom at 2:30 p.m.
