Currently on view in the TMA Lobby Display Case are works by Galveston – based ceramicist Jessica Ninci. Her works are careful recreations of items she has gathered along the coastline.

HIGH SCHOOL ART

EXHIBITION

The ’22nd Annual High School Art Exhibition’ features work by high school students from all across East Texas, the exhibition highlights young artistic talent while celebrating the role played by area art educators.

A ‘Community Reception and Awards Ceremony’ will be held on Sunday, May 17 at 2:30 p.m. Visitors can vote once daily through Saturday, May 16 for the “Viewers’ Choice” award. 

Admission to the museum is free during the run of the exhibition.
